At Weber Advertising & Marketing, we love celebrating the people who make our team stronger—and this week, we’re thrilled to introduce a new face you’ll definitely want to know: Stephanie Kline, our newest Account Executive!

Stephanie’s journey with WAM started earlier this year as a Marketing Intern, where she quickly impressed us all with her drive, creativity, and sharp communication skills. It didn’t take long for her talent to shine—her hard work earned her a full-time role on our Account Services team. Now, she’s diving into client work with the same enthusiasm and focus that got her here in the first place.

A Lancaster County native, Stephanie was born and raised right here in Central PA. She studied at Shippensburg University, where she earned her degree in Communication Studies. She’s currently taking her passion for marketing even further by working toward her Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, with graduation on the horizon this winter!

Outside of work and academics, Stephanie loves walking her dog, exploring new art projects, and staying active with workouts. Whether she’s creating, learning, or leading, she brings energy and intention to everything she does.
