Recently, our “Get Stuff Done” platoon—aka the Art Department—underwent a strategic restructuring to elevate the quality, efficiency, and creative firepower of everything we do.
Leading the charge is long-time department head and creative commander, Tony Roda, who proudly announced the promotion of two standout team members: Kelly Baker and Jonathan Gingrich, now officially Art Directors. With years of experience and countless successful projects under their belts, Kelly and Jonathan will now take on leadership roles, helping guide the day-to-day operations across a wide range of creative deliverables—everything from print circulars and digital ads to websites and large format projects.

But that’s not all—this evolution includes new talent, too. The team welcomed Mel Trago as its newest member, bringing fresh perspective and skills to an already dynamic group.
With Mel’s arrival, our once “Dirty Dozen” of design professionals has grown into a Dirty Baker’s Dozen (yes, that’s a nod to Kelly, too). Thirteen strong and ready to tackle anything, this team is more equipped than ever to meet the demands of our clients and the ever-changing creative landscape.
