At Weber Advertising, growth isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we plant.
Tucked just behind our office, you’ll find a small grove of young peach trees. Right now, they’re humble little saplings, not much to look at. But we see more than branches and leaves—we see promise.
In a few years, these trees will be heavy with sweet, sun-ripened peaches. And when that time comes, we’re not keeping the harvest to ourselves. We’ve already got a plan for those peaches: pies. But not just any pies—peach pies made with heart, care, and community in mind.
We’re proud to share that our future peach bounty will go to our neighbors, the Occupational Development Center of Lancaster (ODC). The ODC does incredible work, supporting adults with developmental disabilities through meaningful employment opportunities. One of their many creative initiatives? Baking and selling delicious homemade treats.
Our hope is simple: to turn our homegrown peaches into something even sweeter—support for a mission that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
It’s just a small grove of trees. But like anything worth growing, it’s about more than just fruit. It’s about community, connection, and sharing what we have.
And we can’t wait to see (and taste!) what comes next.
