"We count on Weber to deliver value and execute quickly. We feel like we can ask them to do anything and they will do it. They told me a long time ago that they never say "no" and they haven't."
Chuck Hoober Partner Hoober, Inc.
I love advertising. I love working with clients and making stuff happen. Running this agency has given me the chance to market in a fresh new way. Over the years I've surrounded myself with people who not only get stuff done, and get it done fast, but who love helping our clients. If you need to reach in an emergency, call my cell; 717-572-9776. I'm here for you.

I believe in the WAM philosophy: getting stuff done is the number one priority of the day - EVERY day. I eat, breathe and sleep that mantra. That is why I love creating and executing our clients' marketing plans. Everyday it's another fresh challenge because we do whatever it takes to make it happen. No job is above us or below us.
Playing golf and volleyball, working in my yard and watching baseball.
Member of Abraham C. Treichler Lodge, and attend church at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in E-town
Married to my wife Melissa since 1995 and two very naughty cats, Ovie and Lucy
I feel liberated! Since we never tell customers "NO", I don't need to worry about fitting into a niche, or about pleasing some bureaucracy. So I'm free to work on delivering results by employing the correct marketing strategy. And the end result: our clients' interests always are a priority.
My kids take up most of my time, but when I do get some free time I enjoy traveling, the beach and gardening.
Married to Todd Haberstroh with two daughters, Daniella and Abigail.
How does a rocket propulsion engineer wind up managing an advertising agency? Databases aren't just integral to keeping a satellite in the air. They also are an amazing tool for delivering information to our clients, which increases sales. I love creating and building unique projects - and this agency is definitely unique.
Active in Church, Coaching my son at Ice Hockey, going to my daughter's soccer games, Hiking and general outdoor stuff.
Married To Susan; Two kids : A teenage son who just got his driver's license, and a daughter just into her teens.
I like to be creative. But while it's rewarding to come up with a clever, funny or emotional concept for an ad, if in the end the ad doesn't sell the product or the benefit to the target audience, then it hasn't done its job. Which means I haven't done mine.

The Godfather of Graphics
I was a born artist. So I enjoy being the head of the Art Department, and doing everything that I was born to do: designing ads, billboards, sell sheets and more, while managing the flow of an entire team of very talented people. Although tight deadlines may be routine around here, our jobs always get done.
Drawing cartoons, playing poker (with the WAM crew at lunch and also with my poker buddies), bicycle riding (To and from work) and camping in Potter County.
My wife Elizabeth and I were married in 2007 and have 2 kids – Oliver born in July 2011, and Lucy born September 2014.
Fastest Draw in the East/AE
I believe I'm here in this life to provide entertaining, amusing and dynamic visuals that people enjoy and relate to. I've done that during a very successful career as principal at Bot Roda Studio - and, during this fresh chapter as part of Weber Advertising, I plan to continue pursuing growth and success, only now in a dual role, as both an illustrator and an AE.
I enjoy reading, exercise, and playing ice hockey as a goaltender on two teams at Regency Sports Rink.
Married to Joanne with two great kids, Kate and Zack who are pursuing their own lives and dreams now and sharing the house with our cat Stiegel. As a former owner of two German Shorthair Pointer dogs we now realize that dogs have owners and cats have staff.
Official "i" Dotter & "t" Crosser
As my job title indicates, proofreading is all about details. But my job doesn't end there. I routinely navigate the congested PR highway for our clients, for whom I ferret out publications for press release placement. Plus I carefully administer the insurance and retirement benefits for our employees.
Playing Volleyball, Singing as a member of St. Joseph Church & Lancaster Liederkranz Choir, Reading, Hanging out at the Beach, Traveling
Co-coordinator of The Cookie Sale to Combat World Hunger, Adult Activities at St. Joseph Church, Lancaster Liederkranz Choir
Married to Jim, mom to 2 zebra finches named Lily & Billie
Get it Done Guy
I enjoy a fast pace. The diversity and volume of work here is wonderful! One moment I am working a technology plan, and the next I'm pulling permits for a major client project. As a plus, I'm surrounded by a small, tight-knit group of associates who always keep things hopping!
The Gym, Hockey, Baseball, Football, Fantasy Sports, Chopping Wood
Fantasy Baseball Commissioner since 2009, March Madness Bracket Running Guy and Hockey Goal Fest Commissioner (I guess you could say I like sports)
Married to Abby, and we have two cats: Carlos & Logan
Deadlines never scare me. During my many years in the radio business, I learned that if you want to start producing results tomorrow, you have to meet your deadlines - TODAY. So when I came onboard at Weber, and saw how deadline-driven - and results oriented - everyone was, I thought "this is my kind of place."
Founder of The Not Ready For Drive Time Players, a radio-theater comedy troupe; member of PAPA (Pennsylvania Playwrights Association); supporter of public radio.
Married to Lauren; one daughter and two step-daughters
Digital Deeds Done Daily
Daily isn't just my last name, it's also a work philosophy that I've adopted in my career – and one which fits in nicely with the “get stuff done” attitude here at Weber. My digital marketing background has trained me to provide digital strategies and deliverables that produce results on a “daily” basis. Which is vital in today's world of short attention spans and instantaneously- gratifying tweets.
Playing softball, finding amazing food and cocktail spots around Lancaster, messing around in my vegetable garden, working on DIY home updates, and hitting the open road in my white Wrangler Unlimited.
Married to my husband, Michael Kreider, since February 2016
Being social is my second nature - and being digital is my first! So each day here at Weber is like a new adventure. At the top of my list, of course, is to provide reports on digital campaigns for clients, but I also create social media posts. Plus, as my title suggests, I monitor and set up campaigns in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager, and also manage client Google My Business accounts.
It's important in the advertising business - in any business, really - to build strong relationships. My many years in sales and marketing, both in the States and internationally, have taught me that you can't help a client build and grow their brand if you don't know the people behind it. That's just one of the many reasons I am so happy to be a part of a Weber team that's been successfully building strong bonds and brands for decades.
Spare time can be hard to come by, but I really enjoy being outdoors, traveling, cooking, and a good book.
My vocation is avocation. Which means I'm much more than an account executive. I use my interactive and diplomatic skills to not only put WAM's “best face forward,” but also service our clients' every need so that their business has its best face showing, too. Whether it's working on a co-op campaign, or a presentation at an off-site location, the clients' satisfaction is always my highest priority.
Yoga, biking, running, hiking, cooking with my hubby, reading, the occasional Netflix binge, traveling, breweries and wineries.
Husband Bryan and our Polydactyl cat, Onyx.
There is a difference between the way projects are handled at "old school" agencies and the way they're fulfilled here at Weber. I am that difference (or at least a huge part of it). As someone well-versed in all aspects of WAM's vertically integrated system, I make sure our clients' projects move smoothly, quickly - and cost-efficiently - from start to finish.
All things baseball, fantasy sports, reading, exercising, beer & the occasional cigar.
Account Point Guard
I lead the office in assists. I oversee all kinds of print ads and projects, and I work all of the in-house systems, usually on a quick turn. Working with the client, I make sure the ad that we are doing promotes the brand and that all the details are correct. And, thanks to our talented writers and designers, I pull it all off.
Pick up sports, classic rock music, video games, medieval role playing, walking with my dog, cheering for the Eagles (not the band - the sports team - well both actually)
Co-commissioner of my fantasy football league!
No wife or kids, but I am the youngest of 5 - so I have 4 great sisters and lots of nieces and nephews.
I came from the printing industry, where we were always on tight deadlines. While the scope of what I do has expanded, my training from my previous job has served me well. What I enjoy most is building relationships with my clients and working with my coworkers to help to grow our clients' business.
Cycling, running, and sitting on the beach
I am a deal maker, aka a media buyer. I have bought Super Bowl ads, and, because I never say "no", also a bus, sound systems and 5000 cupcake trees (yes, the little stands that hold cupcakes). I am also proud of the proprietary media buying system I helped to develop.
Traveling, Reading, Working Out, Playing & Watching Sports (Ice Hockey & Baseball in particular)
Free Candy Ice Hockey, DCRE Tournament Hockey, WAM Slam Softball, St Paul's Church Softball
You could say I earned my "wings" while I was an intern at Weber. Working in the trenches, so to speak, running errands and doing odd jobs, I discovered that I thrive in a fast-paced work environment – and the agency rewarded my gung-ho attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to help clients by promoting me to my current full-time position in co-op advertising.
Hanging out with friends and family, reading, hiking, wine tasting, and traveling.
Don Quixote had his Sancho Panza. Jim Weber has me. Not an evil twin, like my job title infers, but rather an alter ego who's the exact opposite. Jim makes stuff happen and "gets stuff done." I siesta. (Someone has to do it). Jim runs the agency, but I lend my face to the agency - as the poster child for "Quit Slacking!"
Jim likes to drink Guinness. I like Tequila. Jim likes the Grateful Dead. I like celebrating the Day of the Dead. Jim likes to cook on the grill. I like to … well, I like to grill, too. Fajitas, anyone?
Nada. (Jim already belongs to all of them, so why should I have to?)
I look at life with a designer's eye. Whether it's a beautiful landscape or a well-designed print ad, I appreciate great design. Because it's so easy and fulfilling to bring all that I absorb into my daily work, I feel quite at home making ad design and brands appealing to consumers.
Bike riding with my dad, gardening - I love just being outdoors!
My husband is Matt. And Erin (Brand Builder) Wickersham is my cousin!
Design is my life. I notice how everything around me is designed - from proper kerning to accurate shadows - and will point out those finer details to anyone who will listen. I have a special place in my heart for great typography and I feel right at home when designing a project that will not only "wow" a client, but ultimately get results.
Swimming, reading, shopping, watching football and Netflix

The Dainty Designer
I may be “small,” but I create “big”! As a maker of compositions and designs, I fashion frameworks for eye-grabbing visual representations. As an artist whose preferred canvas is a digital one, I capture the world in tantalizing detail. As someone whose favorite thing in the world is communication through art, I am lucky enough to do that very thing every day, in an environment that encourages creativity - and results.
Community Service, Church Events, Spending Time with Family and Friends, Spoiling my (Australian Shepherd Mix) Gunner, Hiking, and Reading.
Keeper of the Creative Castle
I get to be creative every day - and I couldn't be happier! By keeping up with the ever-changing world of design, I have grown into a better artist. And, as someone with a keen interest in typography, I have learned to pay attention to the minutest details. Anyone who saw me during my college field hockey days can attest to my winning attitude - and I'll continue to thrive in the artistic “shooting circle” here at Weber.
Playing and watching sports, running, hiking, kayaking, visiting dog parks, and road trips. Plus I love Italian food, and am a huge fan of “Parks and Recreation.
Brand Building Hot Shot
I enjoy the creative process. So much so, that I look forward to helping clients define their brand benefits through appealing visual design and creative promotional ideas. Much of the work I do helps clients sell more to their current customers, as well as attract new customers.
Painting, traveling, bowling, and watching movies
You could say design genes are in my family. Kelly Baker is my cousin … and our great grandfather designed the famous ESSO gas station logo!
World Wide Web-Slinger
I build websites, in weeks, not months. I design and code custom solutions geared towards getting the right information to customers. No two businesses are the same, so why use templates. I can streamline the online marketing process to communicate a consistent message through the web, email and in-store devices.

The Binary Babe
I love to code, create, and solve. Being a member of the Multi-Media Department, I incorporate technology, create robust programs, and automate systems - both internally for the Weber Advertising team as well as for each and every Weber client. It's all part of extending our pledge to ‘Get Stuff Done' in our IT department, and proof that we are never afraid of tackling a diversity of unique and different jobs.
Beach getaways, Volleyball, Converting base 10 to binary on the fly.
I have two parent nodes and one child node. The child inherits my attributes, but occasionally overrides my methods.
It's very important to me that, in life, I get to do what I love to do. At Weber I'm kept busy coding and arranging eye-capturing designs that reach the World Wide Web - and beyond. Though that may sound challenging, it's also fun, because I get to stretch myself creatively, even working on the occasional email campaign or custom WordPress site. So, yes - I love what I do!
Playing Music, Cooking, Hiking, Gaming, and Movie Watching.
Slicer, Dicer & Everything Else
I do whatever is needed. Work with grocery store circulars, work in the large format printing department, and even client painting projects. Name it, and I've probably had a hand in it at some point in time. Want further proof? I even helped with the renovation project on our building!
Texas Hold'em, 5-card Draw, 5-card Stud, 7/27, 7-card Stud, Anaconda, Auction, Follow the Queens, Lowball, Mexican Stud, Nickel-Dime-Quarter … All kinds of poker, I guess.
2015 Inductee, WAM Lunch Time Poker Hall of Fame
Video and Photoshop Ninja
As the in-house video ninja, quick TV commercial edits aren't just possible, they're more affordable. Further, our video is often used to make websites better, as well as in-store displays. And as an added plus, we also do photography and video shoots. Need to enhance or manipulate a photo? Relax, I have 20 years of experience in Photoshop.

Married to Shelia; 3 kids; 2 cats
My daily work regimen is all about service through numbers. The agency counts on me to make sure everything related to finances and billing flows smoothly. But even more significantly, so do our clients. I'm committed to being accurate and timely, so that businesses can maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
Kids' sporting events; being WAM Slam's most vocal fan
Member of Harvest Bible Chapel (Youth Leader & Tech Team Member)
My office is not like a regular accounting office. We keep things interesting. For example, by including the bills we receive with the bills clients receive, our clients can be confident that they are getting what they are paying for. Plus, we also help with co-op allocations, just ask!

I enjoy trying the new and exciting - and everyday at Weber is certainly new and definitely exciting. No day is the same as the last, especially as I balance between two departments (Accounting & Co-op Advertising), plus help out with sign program work and even AV set-ups. Having a company with such a relaxed culture yet strong work ethic makes "getting stuff done" a lot less cumbersome - for both WAM and our clients.
Pickup basketball, bowling, golf, fantasy sports (can you tell I like sports?). Plus I also enjoy video games, blackjack, poker, and a good beer.
Sultan of Signage
If LFP was a baseball team, I'd be the General Manager. I seek out new accounts to add to WAM's lineup while managing current ones, but I also help coordinate the daily operations of the printing department - doing everything from setting up large format jobs to fixing any equipment when it breaks down. And I also assist with sign installations.
Fishing, gardening, painting, coaching my son's Donegal Baseball team, and attending Donegal Soccer games
Wife Karen, and two sons, Keaghan and Kaedin
When a client needs a sign or banner, I say "let's rock and roll!" Once the signage is printed, I stitch it, or mount it - or both - and then go "on tour" with Witt for the professional set-up and installation. The end result: the graphic arts equivalent of a rock anthem.
music in general, and Insane Clown Posse in particular; live concerts
On-Site General Contractor
Just call me the CEO of infrastructure. WAM is housed in a unique historical building, and so there has been a lot of remodeling, painting, lighting, plumbing, window and siding work that needed to be done (which I did) – and those things all require daily maintenance (which I do). Plus I also get involved with building and installing things outside the office – signs, billboards and (my specialty) unexpected projects..
Volunteering for my church's Youth Group; taking Adult Mission trips to disaster areas to assist with rebuilding.
married to Linda since 1983; four kids, six grandkids
It's definitely the digital age - and I am definitely the man when it comes to digital production. Everything that gets produced here at Weber - from booklets to signs, banners to trade show booths - is touched by me before it goes out. And if I touch it, you can trust that it's not only first-rate, but it'll bring results for the client.
Happy to Help You
Know what's really special about being a specialist at WAM? I love getting "down in the mud" (or rather, the ink!) and that's what I get to do every day! Printing signs, brochures and banners … running large format printers and digital printers … and cutting and mounting signs. But you know what's even better than getting my hands dirty? A job done on time and done well!
Spending time with my family, making art and music, and just plain enjoying life day-to-day!
Married to Sarah, with two super daughters: Paige and Layla
When grocery store signs need attention, my job begins. As a "hired hand," I cut 'em up, roll 'em up and move 'em out every week! I rely on our great production crew to help "round up" the finished projects - and they know they can rely on me to roam wherever I’m needed to "get stuff done!"
